Q: How often do we meet online?
Twice a month--as a community builder, you have a very multi-faceted life that needs spaciousness. This Mastermind is a space of nourishing connection with other community builders, a haven to move through our challenges together, and enrichment for your big visions to come to life.
Q: Do I need to be present on every call?
No, but it is highly suggested to be present on most calls. All calls will be recorded and uploaded online, so you can access and rewatch at your convenience.
Q: What days are the monthly calls on?
Community Connection Calls on Wednesday and
Energy Alignment Calls on Saturday
Q: Can I join the Mastermind at anytime?
No. You can sign up during our open enrollment period August 31st - September 13th, 2025.
Q: Who is our Mastermind Host and Mentor?
Steff Smith--Community Builder, Mentor, & Intentional Events Expert has hosted 500+ events in the past 7 years. Her mission is to support community builders all over the world, coming together to share this wholehearted journey, connect & learn from each other. Learn more about Steff here.
Q: Do I need to already be hosting an event or retreat to join?
Yes--or you're currently planning one. This Mastermind is designed for community builders who are hosting consistent events or who have a BIG vision to bring together their community and who want to connect and learn from other community builders.
Q: How long does the Mastermind run for?
6 months--The online Community Builders Mastermind is intentionally designed to support you with aligned action, accountability, intentional strategy, expansive shifts, and community support for 6 months--giving you the time and space to integrate into your next event or retreat. After 6 months, if you would like to continue to grow with our community, your membership will renew on a month-to-month basis.
