Steff Smith is a Community Builder, Mentor, and Event Producer. From hosting over 500 events, and building multiple communities in the past 8 years--she now helps visionaries, heart-led entrepreneurs, and community builders bring their bold visions to life through intentional events, retreats, and community gatherings.
From full Event Production to Social Media Event Marketing to helping capture raw, authentic content for your business--her experience is truly expansive when it comes to helping you feel more confident and intentional with your authentic visibility & online presence.
Meet Juliette
Juliette Ordonia is a photographer, storyteller, and creative guide who captures genuine, unposed moments that reflect the depth and essence of a person and their work. Her style is relaxed and intuitive, allowing images to unfold naturally through connection, movement, and presence.
She holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Photography and brings a strong foundation in business, marketing, and brand development, with over a decade of experience supporting and growing small businesses, including work in Silicon Valley. As a content creator and visual storyteller, she helps entrepreneurs shape and share their work in a way that feels aligned and impactful.
Over the years, she has worked closely with women entrepreneurs and creatives, offering guidance in visual storytelling, building an online presence, and developing thoughtful business and marketing strategies. Her work brings together both the creative and strategic sides of being seen, supporting women in feeling confident in how they show up, express their work, and build something that truly reflects who they are.
