the journey
When you experience a life-changing season that strips you down to the core of who you are, you are never the same person. You might try to life your live as the past version of you, but it doesn't feel right. You've outgrown the people, places, and experiences you once enjoyed. When you choose to bravely become the person you're meant to be--life as you know it changes quickly.
There is a hidden beauty about the transformation to becoming your most authentic self. You start to pull back the layers of who you've become to find the truth of who you've always been, and as your heart cracks open more and more, your light shines brighter to call in the people, places, and experiences that align with the new & refined version of you. Your light calls in your community.
the pursuit of purpose
In 2018, I started building community from a deep desire and a longing for connection--leaving a career that had become my identity. I didn't know who I was outside of it, and had to find my purpose beyond fulfilling the expectations of everyone else--so started my wholehearted journey and the birth of a community.
from following my heart towards the things that brought more joy--
I began hosting a coffee meetup for women called Babes & Brews.
I started with just 5 women I barely knew--to growing as a grassroots community that women would invite their friends, women they met at the gym, and women who were seeking a deeper level of authentic connection that they couldn't find elsewhere.
After spending hours of soul nourishing connection with a group of ambitious heart-led women, you feel like anything is possible and you can change the world.

these gatherings were so life giving,
--remembering the unique woman you are to your authentic core, the person beyond the roles and ways you show up for others.
In one year we grew from just a few women meeting weekly to 20-30 wholehearted women building community together.
the hardest part of launching your dreams
As our community grew, I knew something had to change, and the hardest part of that change was realizing the deep subconscious beliefs that we're keeping me in a pattern of over-extending my energy to better serve others.
Launching a membership was the hardest part of year two of community building, not because of the strategy, but because I had to set strong boundaries and learn through experience that not everyone is meant for you or deserves your energy--and that's okay.
The challenges you move through are often divine protection, guidance, or redirection for you and your community and ultimately support your growth and expansion.

the evolution & expansion
Together we were building community and holding space for wholehearted connection. Simple, yet potent--because most of the women hadn't experienced a community like ours.

For 5 years I witnessed the evolution of our lives & this wholehearted journey. Our community became a safe space for women to set down the armor around their hearts and express their deepest most authentic version of themselves.
I found soul sisters, transformational mentorship, heart-centered connections, and witnessed hundreds of women sharing their story and moving through life-shattering transformation and expansive growth.

Meanwhile in 2021, I started hosting a Facilitator's Circle in collaboration with another heart-centered community. This circle had supported my journey as a heart-led entrepreneur & the growth of Babes & Brews Community. It was a huge honor to hold this space for my fellow facilitators and community builders, especially after seeing how so many space holders struggle to find community and spaces that are intentionally designed for them.

I've hosted hundreds of community building events and helped women bring their bold visions to life through events, retreats, brand launches and rebirths. I've learned through experience that women are the most expansive multi-dimensional beings on the planet.
